Faces have become a theme among the graffiti artists here in Seattle recently (Fall 2003) I've noticed them being done all over town. I don't know if it's a theme, a fad, or a non-coincidental non-event.
There are a couple of different artists doing similar images in different neighborhoods. The person doing the hair guy has me intrigued. My son Coleman and I have discussed her/his technique using a spray can. The first one I saw was in the 99 tunnel southbound. It didn't last but a day before it was painted over. And no, I didn't get a chance to grab a shot before it was "cleaned up".
So are they doing this in your town?
