Cigarette Girl Graffiti Photographs

Cigarette Girl is what I call her/him. This particular graffiti artist has been quite prolific around Seattle the several years ago. The design has changed slightly over time so I'll try to present the photos in the order I think they were done.

Not knowing the the artist I'm left to speculate whether it's a boy or a girl.

The first one I remember seeing was on the back of the Pepsi sign on the west side of Aurora between Seattle Center and the bridge. It's also the only one I've seen in color.

Another change is that recent ones (Winter03/Spring04) seem to be done with a dripping paint brush, not spray paint. In all fairness I must point out that this artist has vandalized private property. Still, Cigarette Girl is one of my favorite graffiti images and I always enjoy running into her/him.
